The Nurse Practitioners Association of Australia (NPAA) was a body that represented and promoted the nurse practitioners (NP's) role across Australia. NPAA was looking to expand their role within the industry and provide training to their members. As such they wanted to re-brand the organisation and provide extra services to their members.

Eastern Silk Eastern Silk

Eastern Silk had a website with an online shop that was difficult for their internal staff to manage. They wanted an online shop that was easy to manage and had streamlined administration, thus reducing overheads. The owners of Eastern Silk also wanted their cusotmers to be able to choose products by colour first (especially the pashminas, which are available in over sixty colours) and then by other criteria.

Palm Cove Penthouse Palm Cove Penthouse

Palm Cove Penthouse had a website that was not working effectively as a marketing tool and did not appeal to the desired market demographics. This was in part due to the the older style of design, the use of dark colours and the fact that the site had not been optimised for search engines. Also website did not highlight the holiday atmosphere of Palm Cove, nor reflect the professionalism of Palm Cove Penthouse.

Hobbs Barossa Valley Hobbs Barossa Valley

Hobbs existing website was of an older style and did not project their vision for their wine or the business. The website was also not optimised for search engines, and therefore, was not ranking well, or working for them as an effective marketing and sales tool. In addition, the website had usability issues and did not provide the ability to purchase online.

Poster Impact wanted a website design that not only reflected their professionalism and standing in the industry, but one that also was different enough to stand out and be in keeping with the servcies they provide.

TBE Tourism Brochure Exchange

TBE had an old and tired website that did not reflect either their standing in the industry or their professionalism. The website did not have a content management system and as a consequence the content was not kept current. In addition, the webiste had not been optimised for search engines and therefore was not ranking well, nor working forn them as an effective marketing tool.

CMS Collinsville Merino Stud

The Collinsville website, which was managed by their internal staff, was both time consuming and tedious to maintain. In addition, the layout and organisation of information and content was at times non-intuitive and confusing. The site also needed to contain information about their additional ventures including cropping, feedlots and irrigation enterprises.

BPDA Balboa Port Douglas Apartments

The Balboa Port Douglas Holiday Apartments had an old and tired website, that was poorly designed and made. The website did not reflect the tropical north, the apartments, or the holiday paradise that is Port Douglas. The website was not optimised for search engines and so did not rank at all. It did not have an online booking system.
